In order to tryout for the travel baseball program players are required to have a registration form on file with the league. This signed form covers the player and the league for insurance purposes and is mandatory. A parent should bring the signed form along with a check for $140 made out to Fishers-HSE Youth Baseball. If you do not have the form there will be copies available at tryouts. The $140 will only be refunded to the family if a player is not selected for one of the travel teams.
